Siva Karthikeyan, Hansika, Satish starred Maan Karate that released on 4th of April snaps Rs. 12 crores gross within the first week of release.

Maan Karate is Siva Karthikeyan’s biggest opener till date, which has even beat the opening figures of his earlier superhit film Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam. P. Madan of Escape Artists produced Siva Karthikeyan’s Maan Karate also got 30 % tax exemption from the government.

Thirukumaran directed Maan Karate has entertaining scores from Anirudh that were beautifully captures by cinematographer Sukumar, which is one of the profital start to 2014 summer releases in Kollywood.

Vadacurry Movie Audio Release Date

Vadacurry is the second film of the hit combo of Subramaniapuram, Jai and Swathi Reddy. Dhyanidhi Alagiri is producing the film and planning to launch Vadacurry music on 10th of April.

Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Meeka Audio will market Vadacurry audio album, while Meeka Entertainments is producing the movie. Saravana Rajan has directed this fun-filled comedy entertainer that casts RJ Balaji and Kasthuri in the vital roles and Sunny Leone will be seen sizzling for an item number.

Shankar and Rajamouli to launch VPA Audio

The audio launch of Santhanam’s first heroic venture Vallavanuku Pullum Aayutham [VPA] is slated on 14th of April. South Indian top notch directors SS Rajamouli and Shankar are expected to grade the VPA audio release event.

Remember, Vallavanuku Pullum Aayutham is the remake of SS Rajamouli’s Telugu superhit film Maryada Ramana starring Sunil and Saloni in the lead roles. Santhanam is also part of Naan Ee and Shankar’s latest release Superstar Rajinikanth’s Enthiran and upcoming film Vikram’s Ai.

Srinath directing VPA casts debutante Ashna Zaveri as the heroine. PVP cinemas is producing the film.

Rajinikanth to do dual role in KSR film?

Speculations around Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film working overtime. After it is stated that Rajini will be romancing two heroines and Anushka is finalized for one of them, now we hear that Rajinikanth will be playing dual roles in the movie.

Superstar is known for his penchant for portraying various different characters such as Lord Raghavendra, powerful Zamindar in Muthu, Arunachalam, as an illusion of king in Chandramukhi et al.

If sources are to be believed, Rajinikanth will be essaying the roles as a powerful man of previous century and a youngster of present generation in KS Ravikumar film. Makers are in talks with Sonakshi Sinha to pair up young Rajinikanth. However, nothing is officially confirmed on its front.

Rockline Venkatesh will be producing Rajinikanth-KSR film and Rathnavelu will handle the cinematography. Makers are erecting a huge set in Mysore and planning to shoot major portions of the movie in a dam backdrop.
